What is UK GDPR?
The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), together with the Data Protection Act 2018, is the UK's law governing the processing of personal data. It applies to the processing of personal data of individuals in the UK, and gives individuals ("data subjects") specific rights over how organisations ("data controllers") handle their data.
Eco Clean Technologies complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and respects your data protection rights.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Right to Access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and details of the processing activities carried out on it.

You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, or request erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten") where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
Right to Restrict Processing
You can ask us to limit how we use your data, for example while you dispute its accuracy or object to our processing of it.
Right to Data Portability
Where technically feasible, you can request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to transfer to another provider.
Right to Object
You can object to our processing of your data, including for direct marketing purposes, and to any solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where we rely on your consent to process your data, you can withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
