Our team completed mechanised deep cleaning of both the underground and overhead water tanks at Parx Laureate, a residential complex in Sector 108, Noida, following full safety protocol for confined-space tank entry.
The Challenge
The residential complex’s underground and overhead tanks had accumulated sediment and required a full deep clean without disrupting the water supply for residents.
Our Approach
Our process: 1) Removal of water with submersible pumps. 2) Cleaning of the side walls. 3) Jet washing of the walls. 4) Cleaning with the high-tech suction machine. Workers entered the underground tank using full safety harnesses and ropes; the overhead tank was cleaned via side-wall cleaning and jet washing.
The Result
Both underground and overhead tanks were fully cleaned, with before/after photos showing the wall and floor deep-cleaned to a hygienic standard.
