Overhead & Underground Tank Cleaning — BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd
Client: BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd
Our team carried out mechanised water tank cleaning at BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd, covering both the overhead tank and a larger underground tank, using the equipment and safety protocol suited to each tank type.
The Challenge
The site’s overhead tank needed cleaning without emptying it or disrupting supply, while the larger underground tank — typical of a multi-storey building setup — had accumulated sediment and required confined-space entry to clean thoroughly.
Our Approach
For the overhead tank, our imported suction-based machine cleaned the tank mechanically from outside, without emptying the stored water or requiring anyone to enter it. For the underground tank, our trained team conducted a full site safety briefing, then entered the confined space using full-body safety harnesses and secured ropes to manually clean the walls and floor, following confined-space entry protocol throughout.
The Result
Both the overhead and underground tanks were cleaned to a hygienic standard with minimal water wastage and no disruption to the building’s water supply.
